Summary: Cleveland Public Library Librarian, W.H. Brett, announces that Liberty bonds will be accepted in book campaign to give soldiers in camps something to read. Bretts began to accept Liberty bonds in addition to the book. Bretts stated that we should show our patriotism to allow the soldiers to know that we appreciate their service. Clevelanders responded with great enthusiasm to the drive.
