Camouflaged Electric Car in Cleveland to Sell War Stamps

Summary: An article in the Cleveland Plain dealer about a camouflage painted electric car.  This was a advertisement to sell stamps for the war until it made it's rounds throughout the country.  Then, the War Savings Stamps Committee will take over it's operation.
