"." Plain Dealer 1 Nov. 1918: 17. NewsBank. Web. 19 May 2016

Ohio sent almost 10,000 people to the war effort, and this pushed the army to exceed almost 4,000,000 people by Nov. 15.  233,050 people were called to the war effort, but only 9,500 were actually selected.  Of this 9,500, 4,000 will go to camp Wadsworth and 5,500 with travel to camp Sherman.  No colored troops were summoned from Ohio.
