06-3-17b Boy Scouts Leader Calls for Moral Protection of Children

The Boy Scouts leader came to the cleveland city club to talk a
bout protecting the youth from the moral effects of the war.  The father of the Boy Scouts also explains that if you are too old for the war, there is still things you can do.
